David’s background spans executive positions in construction, real estate development, and electrical technology, providing a comprehensive perspective on large-scale project delivery. He holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and is a licensed General Contractor in Florida.
He has been affiliated with the Urban Land Institute Tampa Bay and the Society of Real Estate Professionals and serves on the Construction Advisory Board for the Morton Plan Hospital (BayCare).
