Mike Little is the Founder and CEO of LPL Solar, where he leads the company’s long-term vision, strategic growth, and national expansion within the utility-scale solar industry. With 30 years of executive leadership and construction experience, Mike has been developing and delivering utility-scale solar projects since 2009. Throughout his career, he has overseen 91 projects totaling more than 10 GWdc.
Mike began his career in the field, advancing to General Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects. Before founding LPL Solar, he held senior executive leadership roles with national construction firms, including helping build and lead a Top 3 national solar EPC, where he oversaw a workforce of 1,500 personnel across 13 states and Canada.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a longtime supporter of Wounded Warrior Outdoors.
