Fort Lauderdale, Florida – January 3, 2021 — LPL Solar LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Will Little as its Vice President of Field Operations. In this role, Will leads the teams managing LPL’s field operations.
Will has more than five years of experience in the construction industry. He leads the LPL Solar field operations teams performing the mechanical, electrical, substation, and commissioning on 3,430 MWs of utility scale solar. Prior to joining LPL Solar, Will was Vice President and General Superintendent for a national Solar EPC where he was responsible for building over 35 solar plants across six states. He developed, led, and grew the self-perform Electrical Team from infancy into one of the solar industry’s largest and top electrical teams.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, Will is the primary qualifier for LPL Solar. Currently, he holds active contractor licenses in 11 states. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and is a Mechanical Engineer in Training.
